The claimants seek permission to withdraw the amount of compensation as deposited by the appellant.

Perused the impugned judgment. In view of the facts of the case, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation as deposited by the Insurance Company without furnishing any security. The remaining amount shall remain invested in fixed deposit. The civil application is disposed of.
