The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that her client would lead oral as well as documentary evidence before the Learned Principal District Judge in Civil Misc. Application No.826 of 2015 on the next date without fail. The statement is accepted. The parties have agreed to appear before the Learned Principal District Judge on 26th July, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. It is however, made clear that if the date is not convenient to the Learned Principal District Judge, he can fix a convenient date expeditiously.

The Learned Principal District Judge shall make an 1/2

2-car13-16 endeavor to dispose of the Civil Misc. Application No.326 of 2015 within two months from today. Both the parties shall co-operate with each other and with the Learned Principal District Judge in expeditious disposal of the said civil misc. application. 3.

The respondent shall not execute the impugned award till Civil Misc. Application No.826 of 2015 is disposed off. Civil Application No.13 of 2016 is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 4.

Both the parties as well as the Learned Principal District Judge to act on the authenticated copy of this order. (R.D. DHANUKA, J.) 2/2
