Mr. Rane, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, having taken instructions from Mr. Mahesh Dhotre, Dy. Education Officer, Sangli states the Petitioner has given a letter to cancell his proposal for the inter-district transfer from the category contemplated under sub-clause (u) of Clause 11 of the GR dated 29th September 2011 as he has been considered under the category of "mutual transfer". Statement is accepted.

Petitioner in this petition no more survives. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
