Heard. The Contempt Petition was dismissed by order dated 1/3/2017. Application seeking restoration of the said matter is filed on 27/3/2017. Along with Contempt Petition an application seeking condonation of delay was also dismissed.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos.19, 20, 21 and 22, the Petition along with the condonation of delay application deserves to be restored and the same is restored. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is accordingly disposed of. The Applicant submits that the Society would communicate the next date to the Respondent. 3.
