We are inclined to dispose of the present Petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the proposal submitted by Respondent No.4 dated 25-11-2013 for approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as `full time teacher' in junior college with effect from 1-6-2013, in accordance with law.
