DATED : 13th MARCH 2019 P.C:- The subject FIR No.51 of 2016 (wrongly stated in the prayer clauses as "C.R.No.59 of 2016") registered with Kurla Police station was investigated and then charge-sheet was filed. Same is numbered as Criminal Case No. PW/1683/2016 pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate's Court at Kurla. The proceedings of this criminal case is however quashed by the Apex Court by an order dated 5th February 2019 in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.9259/2017.
