DATED : 23rd AUGUST 2018 P.C:- The petition is filed for quashing the FIR bearing No.59 of 2016 registered with Manmad City Police Station for offences punishable under sections 395, 397 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr.Saste, learned APP for the State places on record a report of the Police Sub-Inspector dated 10th August 2018, Manmad City Police Station. The report shows that the investigation into the subject FIR is concluded and the Investigating Officer has proposed to file "C" Summary report. The "C" Summary report is awaiting for Tilak

2/2 (915)APL-376-17.doc approval of the higher authorities and once approval is granted, the same would be submitted before the competent court. In the light of the above statement, the petition would not survive for consideration. The same is accordingly disposed of.
