In the light of provisions of Section 318 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 and Regulation No. 68 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Tribunal Regulation, 2013, the learned counsel for the petitioner makes a motion for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings before the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal (MRT) with prayer for amendment of an appeal memo before the Sub-Divisional Officer seeking addition

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Needless to clarify that the Court has not examined the merits of the present petition. It is expected of the MRT to deal with the legal submissions as would be canvassed by the petitioner based on the aforesaid legal provisions.
