This petition challenges warrant of attachment dated 4th March, 2017 issued by the respondent Corporation for alleged non-payment of property taxes.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation states that communication dated 30th March, 2017 addressed to the petitioners by the administrative officer of respondent no.3, impugning the warrant of attachment dated 4th March, 2017 has been withdrawn.
