Heard Mr. Kumbhkoni, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J. P. Yagnik, learned APP for the State.

By this petition, the petitioner is seeking to register F.I.R. on the basis of complaint dated 17.9.2013 copy of which is annexed at page No.19 Exh.H to the petition.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, having taken instructions from Mr. Gajendra M. Mansawale, Police Inspector, Barshi Police Station, Solapur Gramin, who is present before this Court, makes a statement that further action on the petitioner's complaint could not be taken for want of co1/2
28 WP 1309 OF 2014.doc operation from the petitioner. He further states that if the petitioner approaches Barshi Polic Station, petitioner's statement would be recorded and appropriate action would be taken.

Mr. Kumbhkoni, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner states that the petitioner will approach Barshi Police Station on 20.02.2017. Statement accepted.

In above circumstances, the petition is disposed of directing S. H.O. Barshi Police Station, to enquire into the petitioner's complaint and take appropriate action; and further to communicate said action within a period of one week from the date of recording of statement.
