Perusal of record of Petitioner indicates that, the learned Additional District Judge, Vasai has correctly opined that, the Petitioner does not deserve to be given benefit of three months remission in pursuance of Circular dated 3rd June 2017 issued on the occasion of 125th birth Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Amebedkar as the Petitioner has committed a very heinous crime i.e. sexually exploited his step children in a brutal manner.

We find no reason to interfere with the opinion given by learned Additional District Judge, Vasai in its letter dated 4th October 2019. 3.

According to us, present Petition is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed.
