The Appeal from Order is allowed. The order dated 20th February, 2016 on Chamber Summons No. 1253 of 2013, Chamber Summons No. 1584 of 2015 and the Application dated 17th November, 2015 in Chamber Summons No. 1253 of 2013 is set aside. All the three applications are dismissed. The Bombay City Civil Court shall try Summary Suit No. 2301 of 2003 as regular money suit.
