By the present application the appellant / Insurance Company seek condonation of delay of 55 days in filing an Appeal against the judgment and Award passed by the MACT, Kolhapur in Claim Application No. 368 of 2015. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application.

On a reading of paragraph 4 to 6 of the application I am satisfied that the delay is procedural and bonafide which deserves to be condoned.

Civil Application No. 357 of 2020 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
