This is an old pending application seeking stay of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. The impugned award is of the year 1997 and the learned AGP expresses his inability to verify and make a positive statement whether amount is deposited by the State in the Reference Court or not. 2.

Considering that it is not clear whether amount under the impugned award is deposited or not, this application is disposed of with liberty to the Appellant/State to file and move fresh application, if need arises. Interim application is disposed of. 3.
