We are inclined to dispose of this Petition, as this Court, after hearing all parties in similarly situated matters bearing Writ Petition Nos. 11177 of 2013, 11178 of 2013, 11179 of 2013, 11584 of 2013, 11586 of 2013, wherein the same issues were involved, allowed the Petitions in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) by an order dated 8th October 2014 so also in Writ Petition Nos. 2723 of 2015, 2724 of 2015, 2725 of 2015, 2726 of 2015 and 2855 of 2015 by order dated 1/2
ssm 2 910-wp3581.15.sxw 23 March 2015. In those matters all Respondents were common and same. Therefore, in the interest of justice and as the Petitioners in the above Petition is similarly placed, we are inclined to direct Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the proposal submitted by the Head Master of the school regarding the approval of the Petitioner No.1 as 'Assistant Teacher' and issue appropriate orders accordingly, as early as, possible within six weeks.
The Petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
The parties to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
