The Petitioner is a widow, whose husband expired in January, 2017. She has made a representation dated 28.2.2017 to Respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Her grievance is that the said representation is not yet decided and therefore, the direction may be given to the Respondents to decide the same in a time bound period with other consequential benefits.

We, therefore, direct Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to decide the Petitioner's representation with other consequential benefits including retirement, family pension benefits within a period of six weeks, on merits and in accordance with law.
