1. The State of Maharashtra being aggrieved by the judgment and order of acquittal dated 10.05.2019 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik in Sessions Case No. 293 of 2015 has approached this Court.

2. This is an application for seeking condonation of delay in filing the Appeal challenging the said judgment. The delay is of 122 days in filing the appeal.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the
