In the light of the fact that the bill of entry has been finally assessed and the Petitioners are only to make arrangement for continuing their agreement with the warehouse, we do not think that the Writ Petition should be kept pending.

The Respondents have done what is required to be done by them in accordance with law. The Writ Petition, therefore, does not survive and it is disposed of. No costs.
