Learned A.P.P on the instructions of the Investigating Officer, states that the charge-sheet will be filed in the present case within two days from today.

In view of the said statement, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file appropriate application after filing of the charge-sheet. SQ Pathan 1/2

Accordingly, application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

If an application is filed after filing of the charge-sheet, the learned Judge shall decide the same in accordance with law uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
