This writ petition has been filed in this Court on 30th March, 2013. The returnable date for admission was 8th July, 2013. From that date, beyond seeking adjournments, no attempt has been made to seek any relief in terms of the prayers in the writ petition. Today also, when the petition is called out with the same description on the Board, both the petitioners and their advocate are absent. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
