Learned APP submitted that, Joint Commissioner of Police (Crimes), Mumbai by its Order dated 30th September 2023 has transferred the investigation of present crime, i.e., C.R.No.128 of 2019 registered with B.K.C. Police Station, Mumbai, to the Police Inspector, Unit-8, DCB, CID, Mumbai for further investigation. 2.

In view thereof, the grievance of Petitioner as of today does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
