Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for carrying out appropriate amendment in pending proceeding by showing applicant no.7 as Veena Arun Rai.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

35 caf2316-14.doc A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

"a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant leave and permit the Applicants to amend the title of the First Appeal (and all interim proceedings herein) by describing the Appellant No 7 / Applicant No 7 as Veena Arun Rai."

B) Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment in pending proceeding within two weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

C) Amended copy be served on the respondents thereafter.

D) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
