Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, on instructions of the officer concerned who is present before the Court, makes a statement that the inquiry under Section 176(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in respect of the ADR No.14 of 2016 is completed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 13th Court at Bhoiwada, Mumbai, and a report is sent to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai. He further stated that a copy of the said report would be given to the petitioner on making an application. The statement is accepted. 2.
In the light of the above statement, Mr. Punalekar, learned counsel, fairly agrees that the grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, no more survives. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed off. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

The petitioner is, however, at liberty to challenge the said report if he is aggrieved by it before an appropriate authority. 4.
In view of the disposal of the petition, the criminal application No. 241 of 2016 will not survive for consideration and the same is also disposed off.
