P.C.:

1) The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that after the lodgment of first information report, the specimen hand-writing of the applicant has been has been taken. That the applicant has been interrogated and his custodial interrogation for the purpose of investigation is not necessary. 2) In view of the above, the following Order:

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in CR No.1 of 2016 registered with Bangur Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet. (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.
