Heard learned counsel for the Applicant as also the learned AGP for the State.

Through this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking amendment as also the interim order.

Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, we allow the Civil Application in terms of Vishal Parekar 1/2
prod-20-caw-802-2017.doc prayer clause (a). The amendment as proposed be carried out within a week.

Taking into consideration that the father, aunt, cousin brother and cousin uncle of the Applicant have already been granted the Caste Validity Certificate by the Caste Scrutiny Committee, we grant the interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d) of the Civil Application.

Needless to say that the Petitioner shall not be entitled to claim any equity on the basis of this interim order and this interim order is subject to final outcome of the Petition. 7.
Let the matter be listed for final disposal at the stage of admission on 13th April, 2017.
