In the Order dated 09.04.2018, the date 12.08.2014 be read as 12.08.2013. The Order dated 09.04.2018 be corrected accordingly.

Vide Order dated 09.04.2018 we had directed the Petitioner to deposit the decreetal amount in terms of the Order dated 12.08.2013 passed by the Co-operative Court, Nasik to show his bonafides. We had made it clear that in the event the amount is not deposited before the next date,

The Petitioner has not deposited the said amount. The Counsel for the Petitioner has also not present. 4.

Hence, we dismiss the Petition.
