To enable the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal by way of an appeal as also by way of an application seeking dispensation of the condition of pre-deposit / waiver, we direct that for a period of four weeks from today, the State Bank of India shall not take any coercive steps. The petition is disposed of by clarifying that we express no opinion on the merits of the controversy.
