This is an application seeking revocation of dismissal of Criminal Bail Application No.3587 of 2022 passed by this Court on 8th March, 2024 for want of prosecution.

At the outset, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that she is practicing at Pune and on the last date, due to poor internet connectivity, she could not remain present through video conferencing.
