Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development, that they have already deposited the entire decretal amount declared by the Special Land Acquisition Officer in the executing court. He further submits that as per their knowledge, the claimants have already withdrawn the same. These facts are not denied by the advocate for the Respondent claimant. The learned counsel for the claimant submits that the Darkhast has already been disposed of by order dated 19.07.2018.

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Same stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
