The writ petition is filed on 7th April, 2010. After that date of filing, it is listed on four prior occasions. A Division Bench of this court passed a final order on this petition, but a review petition was filed to recall that order. Thereafter, the review petition was allowed on 17th February, 2014. The writ petition was thus restored to file and directed to be placed for admission. After that date, possibly, the petitioner and the Power of Attorney both have lost interest and feel that nothing fruitful would be achieved by seeking reliefs in terms of the prayers in the petition. Today, it is said that the party has filed the petition inperson, but the name of the petitioner/institution is correctly displayed. We do not see in what capacity this person is representing the educational institution. Since no steps have been taken as reported by the Registry, we dismiss this petition for want of prosecution.
