The letter dated 18th February, 2015 addressed to the learned Government Pleader by the Joint Director (Gunavatta), the Maharashtra Prathamik Shikshan Parishad, a Government of Maharashtra Undertaking is tendered on record and marked 'Z' for identification. It is stated that in the said letter that the clauses reproduced in the said letter shall be incorporated in the guidelines to be issued for the academic year 2015-16. We accept the statements made in the said letter. In view of what is stated in the said letter, no relief need be granted in this Civil Application.

We direct the State Government to supply a copy of the guidelines issued for the year 2015-16 to the Advocate for the applicant on or before 30th April, 2015. If in the said guidelines, the aforesaid clauses are not incorporated, it will be open for the applicant to take out appropriate application in accordance with law.
