Learned counsel for petitioner submit that withdrawal of this petition is sought since writ petition challenging issuance of LOC is pending before Division Bench and so far no orders are passed in the said petition.

In view of the submission, this petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer fresh application before the Trial Court for the same reliefs at appropriate stage. In the event such application is preferred, the same may be decided by the Trial Court without being influenced by previous order of rejection.
