In view of the statement made by the learned A.P.P, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. If the trial does not conclude within six months from the date of the receipt of this order, for no fault of the applicant, the applicant would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail afresh.
