2) As prayed by the counsel for the Applicant, auction process be continued. However, bid be not finalized upto 16/08/2022 as the Applicant undertakes to deposit additional amount of Rs. 2,50,00,000/- (Rs. Two Crores Fifty Lakhs only) by the said date. The above relief of extension to deposit the amount is granted so as to 1/2

3) By way of last indulgence and having regard to the fact that out of amount of Rs. 7,47,00,000/- (Rs. Seven Crores Forty Seven Lakhs only), the Petitioner has deposited amount of Rs. 5,30,00,000/- (Rs. Five Crores Thirty Lakhs only) by disposing of part of property which were attached.

4) If the Petitioner-Applicant fails to deposit the said amount by 16/08/2022, Respondent Bank will be at liberty to finalize the bid with an understanding that no further extension whatsoever will be permitted to Petitioner-Applicant.

5) Interim Application stands disposed of.
