1] This Appeal is directed against the order dated 3rd December, 2015 passed in Special Civil Suit No.336 of 2014 thereby rejecting the application for interim relief. During the pendency of the appeal, no such relief was granted.

2] It is submitted by learned counsel for the Respondents that in the suit pending before the trial Court, the issues are framed and the evidence affidavit of the Plaintiff is also filed. 3] In view thereof, no reason is made out to interfere in the impugned order passed by the trial Court.
