Mr. Sampat has tendered photocopy of the consent decree passed in Petition No.A-2036 of 2015, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. He states that the marriage between the parties is dissolved by decree of mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition and assures that he will inform the Counsel appearing for the respondent.
