In view of disposal of First Appeal, the Interim Application does not survive and the same shall stand disposed of.

The Court fee, if any, to be refunded as per rules. The statutory amount be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal and the Tribunal shall permit the parties to withdraw the amount.
