Heard Mr.Balasaheb Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Ms.Vaishali Nimbalkar, learned A.G.P for respondent No.3State, at length. 2.

This Petition takes exception to the order dated 21.12.2016 passed by respondent No.3 Tahsildar, Yeola. By that order, respondent No.3 allowed the application made by petitioner No.3 Prakash Bhaurao Bhagat for impleading him as a party in the proceedings.

Ms. Nimbalkar submitted that pending this Petition, respondent No.3 Tahsildar had

2/2 38.WP.ST.8941-17.doc [Rukhminibai v Bhaskar] disposed of the proceedings by order dated 12.4.2017. She submitted that after the conclusion of the arguments, the matter was closed for orders on 27.3.2017. The order was pronounced on 12.4.2017.

In view thereof, Petition filed by the petitioners is rendered infructuous and is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings challenging the order dated 12.4.2017 passed by the Tahsildar, Yeola. It is made clear that I have not examined the merits of the case. Ms. Nimbalkar assures that she will furnish copy of the relinquishment deed dated 19.8.1992 to Mr. Deshmukh during the course of the day. Order accordingly.
