1] The applicant is apprehending arrest in CR No.I-0031 of 2019 dated 31st January 2010 registered with Shhapur Police Station, DistrictThane under Sections 52A and 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957. 2] The offence punishable under Section 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957 is punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than six months and which may extend to three years and with fine. 3] The Schedule-II of the Code of Criminal Procedure deals with the classification of offences against other laws. Accordingly, the present crime would fall in Clause (3) of the said Schedule. The offence alleged against the applicant herein is therefore, non-cognizable and bailable 1/2

4] In view thereof, there is no apprehension for arrest and therefore the present application for pre-arrest bail does not survive. 5] Application is accordingly disposed off.
