By this Writ Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner seeks direction against the Respondent to make payment of compensation as awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Officer as per the Award dated 31.07.2017 u/s.28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 .

In the present proceedings, the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 CIDCO has filed an undertaking dated 19.07.2018 stating that they will deposit the entire awarded amount with the Special Land Acquisition Officer within 90 days from today. The undertaking is taken on record. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

901.5458.18-wp.doc In view of the undertaking filed by Respondent Nos.3 and 4 the Writ Petition stands disposed of with following directions: a.

The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to deposit entire awarded amount as per the Award dated 31.07.2017 with Special Land Acquisition Officer within 90 days from today. b.

The Special Land Acquisition Officer is directed to disburse the said amount to the claimant as per the procedure prescribed under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, within six weeks thereafter.
