Petitioner prisoner prays that parole leaves availed of by him are not accounted for and hence the total period of imprisonment needs to be recomputed.

Learned APP states that because of orders dated 5th April, 2019, in Criminal Writ Petition No.241 of 2009, exercise of categorisation of petitioner is required tobe undertaken again and in that exercise present contention shall be looked into.
