The main Complaint (ULP) No.206 of 2008 has been finally disposed of on 4th September 2009. The Writ Petition filed before the learned Single Judge arose out of the interim order passed in the said complaint. In view of the final disposal of the complaint, this Letters Patent Appeal does not survive and the same is disposed of. 2.
