P.C:- The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the land of the Petitioner is acquired. Petitioner represented to accept 65% to 75% of the amount for alternate land. A proposal is made on 13th October, 2020.

We have heard learned AGP. In the light of the fact that proposal filed by Petitioner for issuance of alternate land (page 40) is pending with Respondent No.4 i.e. Dy. Collector and/or Respondent No.3. Respondent No.4/3 shall take decision on the said proposal on its own merits and in accordance with law after verifying all the facts, preferably S.R.JOSHI

47-wp-737-2022.doc within a period of six months. The authority may consider all relevant aspects of the matter. The Petitioner may also appear before the authority and bring to his notice the judgment delivered by this Court which the authority would consider.

Petition disposed of. No costs.
