Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some subsequent developments pursuant to the fling of the Petition. The petitioner realises that the dispute as fled before the Co-operative Court was defective in some technical respects. He submits that a fresh dispute in view of the subsequent events has already been fled before the Co-operative Court being CC/IV/85/2021. In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ petition as learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that he will not pursue the challenge to the orders passed in dispute application No.CC/IV/16/2021 any further.

Needless to mention that the fresh dispute will be considered on its own merits without being infuenced by the impugned order passed by the Co-operative Court.
