By this application the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 275 days in filing the restoration application. The appellant has filed the aforesaid Appeal from Order challenging the Judgment and Award dated 15th January, 2016 in MACP No.144 of 2011. The said appeal came to be dismissed against the respondent nos.2 and 3 for non compliance of the conditional order dated 12th April, 2017.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph nos.5, 6 and 7 of the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient ground, and considering the above statement, the delay in filing the application is condoned.
