The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Proposed amendment to be carried out forthwith.

There being no error in the order dated 10 th March 2023, prayer clause (b) of the application, seeking speaking to the minutes, is rejected. entitled to and on such conditions as may be reasonably imposed in the discretion of respondent no.2. Necessary modifications be accordingly made in the order dated 10 th March 2023.
