Interim Application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 1 and for the condonation of delay of 181 days caused in fling the Application. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant has fled the afdadit of serdice and submits that the Respondent No. 1a to 1c hade been serded.

For the reason stated in the Interim Application the same is allowed. The delay of 181 days is condoned and abatement is set aside. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
