Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard by consent. 2.

The petitioner has approached this Court with a limited relief for grant of extension of time for re-export of goods covered under Bill of Entry No. 40404221 dated 10th December, 2013 imported by the petitioner. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that there was some dispute with the consignee and as such the re-export of the goods was stalled. It is submitted that now that dispute has been resolved and the petitioner is in a position to re-export the goods.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent-Revenue, on instructions from the Authorities, states that the Authorities do not have

The petition is, therefore, allowed by directing the Respondent to grant one month's extension from today to the petitioner for re-exporting the cargo specified hereinabove.
