2022.07.28 10:56:36 +0530 RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE 1] Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP. 2] The applicant who was arraigned as accused in CR No.378/2020 registered with Amboli Police Station, came to be released on bail on 28.06.2021. His release was subject to certain conditions, one of them being condition No.(iii) which directed him to attend Amboli Police Station once in a month on every first Saturday of the month between 11.00 am to 1.00 p.m. till further orders. 3] By the present application, the exemption from the said condition 1/2

(68)IA-1985-2022.doc is sought for by submitting that the Applicant is partner in a global consulting firm and he is required to travel through countries for holding meetings on behalf of the said company and therefore, this condition is proving sonorus to him.

4] Learned APP in response to the said reference stated that the applicant has abided all the conditions of attendance imposed on him, while he was released on bail. However, she stated that at some periodical intervals, he shall mark his attendance in the Police Station. 5] In the wake of the above submission, Condition No.(iii) in the order dated 28.06.2021 stands modified as under : "(iii) The applicant shall mark his attendance in Amboli Police Station as per his convenience and availability in the City, at least once in every three months, without being restricted about the day, date and time.
