This Application is moved by the original claimant/applicant for allowing to withdraw surety furnished by Vishwanath Sakharam Koli for a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- and permission is also sought that the applicant be allowed to deposit an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- in lieu of the surety in the Court of Joint District Judge, Thane in Darkhast No. 29 of 2006 in Land Acquisition Reference No. 10 of 1999.

The learned counsel for the applicant/original claimant is ready to deposit Rs.2,50,000/- within three weeks.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, surety Vishwanath Sakharam Koli will stand withdrawn on payment of sum of Rs.2,50,000/- by the applicant/original claimant in Darkhast No. 29 of 2006 in Land Acquisition Reference No. 10 of 1999 in the Court of Joint District Judge, Thane. The applicant/original claimant to deposit the said amount within three weeks from today, i.e., till 11th September, 2015. 5.
